TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Below are listed the terms and conditions that govern the booking request and confirmation of the same between the Farm La Fontaccia and our guests and that define the different cancellation procedures, unless otherwise indicated and / or agreed in the actual reservation.
Check-in and check-out times:
Check in from 15:00 to 19:00 / check out from 8:00 to 11:00. Please let us know in advance any arrival or departure at different times from these, as our presence on the farm is not guaranteed in the times indicated above. In case of no-show and arrivals / departures with more than 1 hour difference, 25 € per room will be charged.
Minimum number of nights:
Minimum number of nights required to stay: 2. In case of stay request for less than 2 nights we will evaluate the availability according to the period of the request.
Guests with reduced mobility or handicapped persons:
We invite those who have special needs to contact us directly by email or phone to find the best solution for your needs.
Dinner can be requested at the time of booking or confirmed at most day by day at breakfast time. Our home cooking is typical of Tuscany. We offer a four-course menu that changes every day and depending on the seasonality of the products. The price is € 25.00 per person and € 15.00 for children under 12 years. Children under 3 years do not pay.
- The request for availability is not binding between the parties and does not take the form of a contract for any of the subjects.
- In case of actual availability, a communication will be sent to the guest containing the summary of the conditions for the requested stay (dates of stay and relative amounts) to be confirmed within 24 hours. Failure to confirm within this deadline will result in the cancellation of the request.
- The booking contract will be finalized by paying the deposit
Confirmation of booking by deposit:
The reservation is to be considered confirmed or upon receipt of the bank transfer payment notification or other payment methods made by the customer within 24 hours from the date of receipt of the confirmation of availability. Or at the time of notification of withdrawal of the amount of the deposit from the credit card provided by the host.
Deposit – Terms of payment:
- Methods of payment accepted: Bank transfer, Credit card, PayPal, Cash.
- Amount requested: 30% of total amount, 50% or 100% in case of short or very short stays.
- Deadline for payment of the deposit: 24 hours.
- In case of early departure, the Management reserves the right to request the full amount of the booked stay.
Prices and application of discounts:
Here is illustrated the rate card with prices per night of individual accommodations.

** Children up to 3 years do not pay. Supplement for a bed for children up to 12 years, € 10 per night.
*** A city tax of 1 EUR per night applies for a maximum of 6 consecutive nights. It does not apply to children under 16 years. In the months of November, December, January, February the amount is € 0.50.
**** Dogs are welcome, payment of € 10 per night is required for their stay.
For stays of at least 7 nights, the last night is discounted completely. (Ex: in an 8-night stay, the eighth night is offered free).

- Free of charge cancellation if cancellation occurs up to 2 weeks before arrival.
- Less than 2 weeks before: 30% of total amount.
- Less than 1 week before: 50% of total amount.
- Less than 2 days before: 80% of total amount presentation: 100% of the total amount.
